Cuomo Calls for Water Quality Response Team. February 18, 2016.

While downstate at the Northrup Grumman plant in Nassau county, Governor Cuomo advocated for a state-run water quality response team. Citing the Hoosick Falls water crisis as an example, the governor expressed concern regarding the threats to municipal water sources around the state and put forward the water quality response team as a means to get ahead of situations in order to expedite solutions.
